The trade cooperation ANWR GROUP positions its members in the shoe, sports and leather goods trade throughout Europe. The existing financial system could no longer adequately support the approximately 5,000 affiliated specialist dealers. In order to strengthen the future viability of the retail business model, a new SAP S/4HANA solution was introduced using the greenfield approach. Implementation will take place in nine waves.
The project was implemented with RISE with SAP. The program eases the path to the SAP cloud for SAP customers with an individual transformation plan.
