Many organisations continue to experience significant challenge in planning and executing S&OP deployment. The need for delivering benefits rapidly, building collaborative working and ensuring the sustainability of a new corporate process are often not fully addressed by traditional project management approaches. However, some organisations are now starting to explore the potential to apply agile working approaches to S&OP deployment.
